Tobruk April 1941
The battle between Afrika korps and British troops started on 13th April 1941. The Axis failed, but maybe you will be able to take Tobruk in 11 turns (playing against PC) or 17 turns playing against a human opponent.
I have to thank the one that made a perfect map for the scenario (I took it from Rhino Bones page). 
Installation:
Just unzip the whole folder TobrukA_41 into AGscenarios folder of the new sceario center. Then use either TBRKSC.SCN to play against PC (11 turns, higher prestige for the Allies) or TBRKHU.SCN to play against human opponent (17 turns).

The Axis must take all objectives!
